My nephew who’s in the Marines bought this fridge. And it does not cool at all. He bought it 12-30-25. We call the store and they told us it’s our problem for buying a fridge on display. Though that may be true how can you sell something that’s broken and Not tell the customer. They told us to call GE because it’s not Lows responsibility. Customer service was talking with an attitude, cutting me off while I’m trying to explain. I’ll be sure to let everyone know Not to buy here thanks for showing how well you support your Service Members.

Compated to other locations and its competitors, this store is poorly run. The store typically has low inventory on electrical parts, such as electrical boxes. Orders can take longer to pick up than to actually walk through the store and get them yourself. The shelves are messy and parts in the wrong spot or out. It can be hard to get or find associates to run the saw.

I needed a Milgard garden window for my kitchen remodel. I was told the lead time would be 2–3 weeks, and I made the purchase based on that information because my entire remodeling schedule depended on it.
Since then, the delivery date has been pushed back repeatedly, and I can’t even get anyone on the phone for an update. I contacted Milgard directly, and they told me the delivery will take at least 6 weeks.
I Now have to remain without a functional kitchen for another 5 weeks, all because someone provided completely incorrect information with no accountability whatsoever. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
