Ruth A. From Home Decor has been so helpful in assisting us in helping us fix Central Selling’s errors with our shades order. I would highly recommend In-store services by Ruth A. She was such a gem in navigating the wrong order placed by the central selling team (not the onsite team).

This store is the testament to what’s gone wrong with modern retail in America. It’s the result of corporations consolidating power, squeezing out smaller businesses, and then cutting costs to the bone so a handful of executives can extract as much profit as possible. What’s left is a hollowed-out experience. The store is massive but impersonal, run by employees who are completely disengaged—understandably so, given how little incentive or support they’re likely given—I would be, too. When you ask for help, you’re met with blank stares or silence, like you’re inconvenient delusion rather than a customer. To make it worse, there is lack of real alternatives. You’re forced to choose between one version of this system or another, none of which are meaningfully better. It’s not just frustrating—the customer doesn’t matter at all anymore. And as you drive out of the parking lot, the view hits you: rows upon rows of headstones where veterans are buried. And right there, in direct contrast, this place stands—thriving, profitable, indifferent. The juxtaposition is nauseating. It’s hard not to feel like something fundamental has been lost when a place that embodies so much of what feels broken can flourish in the shadow of that kind of sacrifice.

About to be honest with you if you go there you end up having to look for somebody to help you and have the time there's absolutely no eye contact The only person that greets you is to cashier when they want to take your money other than that good luck trying to find something that you really looking for it's almost impossible

Absolutely furious with this Lowe’s location. First of all, their return policy is unreasonable. I bought a range hood, and when I came back to return it, I was told about this strict policy only then. No one clearly explained it at the time of purchase. If Lowe’s is going to enforce a harsh return policy on an item like this, customers should be told upfront before they buy it. Springing it on people afterward is unfair and deceptive. Second, manager Daniel made the whole experience even worse. The range hood I brought back was completely new and unused, but he did not properly inspect it and did not seem to care about its actual condition at all. He just dismissed me without seriously checking the item. His attitude was cold, dismissive, and incredibly unhelpful. What made me so angry was not just the policy itself, but the way I was treated. If you are a manager, at minimum you should take the time to actually look at the product, listen to the customer, and handle the situation with basic professionalism. Instead, I felt brushed off, ignored, and disrespected. This was a terrible customer service experience. Between Lowe’s unreasonable policy and Daniel’s dismissive attitude, this experience was unnecessarily stressful and left me extremely disappointed.

I went in to buy a dimmer switch. The switch was locked by combination locked. None of the employees knew the combination, management doesn't share it with them. One employee finally went to the service desk to get it. They gave him the wrong code. Two other people also waiting to buy tools gave up and left. I ran into the employee as I was leaving and he had the correct code. He took the switch to the cashiers but didn't tell them he left it there. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to purchase a simple item. This store has a management problem, I won't be back if I can help it.
