Everyone in Lowe's customer service should be fired.
Orders get delayed multiple times, no reason or explanation given. Customer service is asking you to call different departments instead of finding out the info, incompetent. Probably should be renamed to Customer Disservice.

Zero customer service.. good luck finding someone who will help you. They're all busy with anything else but customer assistance. I asked for someone to help me get a flashlight. They called someone over the speaker. TEN minutes and nobody came. No thanks. I'll just get it from Amazon.
For Lowe's or any brick & mortar store to cry about online eating their profits, this is why. 10 minutes and nobody came. I gave the guy in that area the benefit of doubt and then walked through the nearby aisles and nobody was there either. Poor customer service. I won't return.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
