Purchased a washer, dryer, & refrigerator here. The dryer didn’t even work for one use. Called they said they would still honor the refund after the 48 hours because it was a delivery. They said they would refunded the dryer & asked me to come pick a new one out to do a swap. Drove out after work to pick one out just to be told by the associate Adam “they can’t do anything after the 48 hours sorry” I tried to explain that no i called this morning, look in the system. but he didn’t even bother to look. Left and called again where then Gabriel was able to look in the system and honor everything they first said. It was an inconvenience to have to drive back out twice in one day. But I greatly appreciate Gabriel who heard my issue and helped me resolve the situation.
