- HHHollyJan 6, 20265.0Very laid back sales atmosphere..Marie was great, I was shown everything I was interested in and received detailed information on each piece.. my only complaint would be La-z-boy company unwillingness to go the few extra feet needed ( I bought a customized leather sofa) to make it perfect.. for example, the leather sofa does not come with leather throw pillows, only fabric is available.. I offered to pay what it would take to have the pillows in leather.. still a hard no. Too rigid imho.
