Came in to buy a dryer. There was nobody at the appliance department. I had to asked for help to an associate that was walking by. He said that that was not his department and just walked away. There was nobody at all in that department. I waked all the way to the front of the store and ask a cashier for help. She said that she was going to page somebody to that department. I waited for 40 minutes. I ask a 3rd associate for help and said she will be paging some from that department. After waiting 1 hr and no help. I just walked out and went to HOME DEPOT. Got help there instantly and was done with my purchase in 15 minutes.

I went to buy a patio chair today march 17 , 2026 @ 556pm and i want to say thank you for one of your employee named Adan who is very helpful and efficient i didnt waited too long as soon as they called him he was there in less than 5 min. Very respectful professional and helpful and i also want to mention the 2 girls on the counter on the main entrannce that helped me how to ger the patio chair that was on a display oitside the store i didnt get their name but both of them entertained my inquiry with proffessionalism and efficiency . I hope you keep this type of employee because they truly a great worker. Thank you again and more power to your store!! 5 stars i give

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Lowe’s. When I asked an employee for help, instead of assisting me, they were extremely rude and insulting. I was actually told that I was “incompetent” and that I should go shop somewhere else.
That kind of behavior toward a customer is completely unacceptable. No one deserves to be spoken to that way for simply asking for help in a store. If this is the level of professionalism Lowe’s employees are allowed to show, then management seriously needs to step in and address it. Experiences like this are exactly why customers choose to take their business elsewhere. With that said throwing around that you are the assistant general manager makes me question what kind of management is leading this store.
