- AАндрейApr 23, 20261.0The manager of this facility is trying to sell, at auction, junk he has pieced together from items collected from other storage units—at a higher price. What’s most surprising is that he’s trying to profit from it rather than simply get rid of his trash. If he’s not satisfied with the price, he cancels the auction and starts over. It’s a shame, because there used to be honest managers here.

My rate went up after my promotional rate ended and I came in to talk with them and they were able to find a rate that I was happy with. The manager Jenny and her staff was so kind and incredibly helpful!
- SWSarah WApr 8, 20261.0Initially it was fine. But in about October 2025 it took a turn. I had my unit tampered with and was bent in a way where it would not open. The manager was very unprofessional. She told me she didn't recommend keeping my belongings there. It took a long time to get help and we only got helped because a manager from another location was helping out. We moved our storage to another location and are much happier. The elevators were constantly down, the exit door was broken for months and may still be broken. Overall I do not recommend, unless there is a new team employed here.
