LJ specifically went ABOVE and BEYOND for our company. Without going into too much detail, we had a storage unit at this location and I am located in another state. The person that managed the unit on behalf of our company (until last year) left our company, and we were stuck not knowing what was in the unit, how to clean it out (due to being so far away), how to get into it, etc. LJ helped us remedy all these issues, and more. Would recommend this location and staff to anyone needing a storage unit! Thanks LJ!

Very easy and was done and in the unit within 15 minutes of the start of the conversation. Extremely clean facility unit was in great condition, and the app makes things even better.
