My experience with The Ultimate Back Store was an exemplary one. I suffer serious nerve damage in my neck, elbow, hip, and down both legs. Finding the right recliner proved difficult, yet revealed the extraordinary attention to customer satisfaction that the owner, and genuine nice guy, Gil, extends to every client of the Ultimate Back Store. The first chair I bought seemed perfect, but after using it in my home a few days, I realized it was not the right one for me. (My husband, however, bought the same recliner and still loves it.) Gil took back the chair with no hassles. Then, over a two week period, he loaned me three different recliners, delivering each one free of charge, until I found the right one. He did this without complaint, nor any hint of being disgruntled. He understood my needs, and helped me through this difficult process with grace and kindness. He treated me fairly, and says he’ll sleep well knowing he did right by me. He told me he loves his job, and loves helping people. And you know … I believe him! Go see Gil, and his knowledgeable, friendly sales team. You won’t regret it.
