- SSSummerNov 17, 20252.0I scheduled an appointment to design a closet. When I arrived, there was no one to be found in the closet area. After waiting several minutes along with others, we went to the checkout and they said someone would come help. Eryn was the associate that helped with the design. I had all my measurements on the paper they had given me when I made the appointment. Eryn put the info into the software and then just started designing some type of closet system that I guess made sense to her without asking me what I wanted. When I interjected that I didn’t like what she was putting together, she changed the part I didn’t like, but then continued doing her own thing. I had to interrupt her multiple times, she did not explain what she was doing or what my options were and gave wrong information regarding drawer pulls. It was a really bad experience and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I got a design, but it isn’t good and I was able to do a much better job by myself at another store.
