- TDtoys discoveryFeb 13, 20261.0Who ever is running the discount program at SMUD needs to be fired because their employee Anthony just told me I am too low income to qualify for the low income program discount. Make it make sense first they calculated my income $1300 over the actual income then they denied me because they said I don’t make enough to qualify. The point of this program is to help lower income not deny them. In my opinion he wasn’t trained to do his job and was saying some outrageous things and I blame management. This is called discrimination.

It's Winter and my service is going to be cut. Then there's another dead line on the 17th. And I have to pay the entire bill for $281.51 by the 27th. I'm on the EAPR. No help in site.
