The employee with glasses named Kaitlyn was extremely disrespectful to my family and myself. I understood the first 2 times she disrespected us, ones when she pushed my mother away from her cart because, quote, "I GOT IT, GIVE ME YOUR CART. I WILL GIVE YOU YOUR TREE AT THE FROINT. DO NOT TOUCH THE CART". Second occasion was when she was screaming at my father for quote "YOU DID HAVE HAVE A TICKET FOR YOUR TREE, THUS IS NOT YOUR TREE". We got 2 trees: 1 for myself and my wife and another for my parents. The lady had told us that she would use 1 ticket for both trees and had put my name on both so that the front cashiers know that it is 2 trees for our family under 1 name. Their communication could be improve between the employees that help you take your tree to the front and to the ones that are handling the transactions. Nonetheless, Kaitlyn demanded my father for the ticket. We had told her that the other employee one gave us 1 for 2 trees. She then proceeded to demand for it and threw my parents tree off of tue cart to the ground. I said where's the cart that my parents had. Kaitlyn proceeded to say I had an attitude because I mentioned that my parents tree was the only one on the ground and all other trees were on carts. She proceeded to murmur under her breath cursed words and racial slurs that I know she said because the other employees were laughing with her. Rest assure, we will be breaking our family tradition coming here in the following years.
