I asked him few times two make the changes during the process of moving and limited space April was there to help me out to figure out what I needed to get everything done. I really want to say Thank you April for helping me and others out there as well. You are such a wonderful person and I hope your managers are super happy to have you as a great employee. Thank you.

Since the day I moved in, the exit roll door has been broken and you have somehow magically back out of the entry roll door in a very cramped indoor parking area. Now one of the elevators is also broken for the past month. None of these items have been fixed and it’s been MONTHS! Also they lock up the carts after hours so you have to haul you stuff by hand up to the whatever floor you unit is located. To make it worse they doubled my rent after the first 3 months - no notice or anything. I tried to address it with the manager and all I got was lousy excuses and passing on the blame as to why everything is broken. No accountability whatsoever that people are paying for this storage facility and not receiving the proper service as is documented in the rental agreement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely unethical company with lousy management.

The building is clean, feels secure, and the staff is very professional and helpful. Our only complaint is the sharp increase in fees after the first year. We know this is common in the storage industry, but feel that longterm occupants, like nonprofits who need to store items for student events and such, should receive some type of loyalty consideration. Otherwise, this would be a 5-star rating. If I could rate just the corporation without affecting the staff rating, this would be few stars.
