- MZMax Z5 days ago1.0My initial move in was fantastic. The crew was very helpful and responsive. Ever since then, I wish I had gone with a different storage company. I moved into my storage unit less than a year ago. Since then, my initial ~$50 monthly rent has been increased twice (first to ~$100 and now over $200). A 4x increase is utterly ridiculous. Additionally, customer service/the website is very bad. The website used to have monthly itemized invoices, which are no longer available. Now, I have to call, wait on hold and have the invoices emailed to me. If this wasn't inconvenient enough, multiple times the customer support agent has either hung up on me, or sent me an unitemized receipt (when I specifically specified itemized), meaning I have to repeat the entire 20+ minute process again.

The only complaint is that when you rent via Internet the rate quoted is only for 2 to 3 months then it almost doubled. $139 jumped to $229. I called and they lowered it to $179 and would go back up after that. The young man in the office is very helpful and professional. He's an attribute to your company.
