Unfortunately to be transparent, there will be a guarantee price increase. When you book online if you don’t lock the price it is 100% guaranteed to increase lol. I’ve reserved a storage on two separate occasions and both times they have gone up. So if you don’t plan on purchasing with locked in price prepare to be moving in and moving back out. Don’t purchase without locking the price. Just a food for thought!
