- RNRoxanne “Nunya”Jan 3, 20262.0Even though I am still renting here I would suggest finding somewhere else to rent from. Not only was my unit broken into & I wasn't notified til 3 days later I wasn't even offer to relocate. At least the insurance check came quick although it didn't even cover half the worth of things stolen. Anyways I just went to my storage right before closing when I left I noticed I lost my ring so I waited til morning when they opened I went to my unit & not 1 of my 3 keys that came with the lock would open my lock I called for assistance I waited over 20mins for it to come I ended up having to leave for another matter I haven't had a chance to go back yet but man I tell you this place. I stay because the location is convenient to where I am and the price was great ($34.10) until my rent got raised to $55 I guess the other price was a 1/2off for 6months deal. If there was another storage place in the same area I'd definitely change where I store my stuff! At least it's a very clean environment and it seems peaceful & well guarded I'm not sure what happened in my situation I guess that's just my luck!!
