Even though I could empty that storage in 15 minutes, I was 30 minutes late and "hands are tied". I drove two hours here now two hours back empty handed, doesn't matter, I took the L. Facility is in a good location. It's under construction. Being able to work with clients is an important part of any company. Maybe the septum ring theory isn't so much of a theory but if I could reverse uno at McDonalds not being a manager, why was there absolutely nothing that could be done being the manager here? That said, I made it easy for everyone and took the L. I wouldn't say it's a bad business but it's not a very helpful one. 10/13/25 Update, To the owner, I appreciate your prompt response and concern. I'm certain you have policies where the facility makes decisions upon their own discretion, that's fine. However, an individuals observation and experience is what drives or derails future clients. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
