  Please be aware of this location. This company is a fraud. I acquired service I'm May 2025 -June 2025. Cancel any further service. Paid for my service use June 2025 and made another payment after cancelation. I haven't used their service since June 2025. I paid for August for cancelation. Now they send me bill everyone and sent it to collections out of retaliation. Please be careful. I am going to file a complaint WITH CALIFORNIA STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL BOARD regarding this fraudulent company. How are they continue to charge me for services that they haven't even provided. Please be aware of these scamming company.

  This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever worked with. They tell you work has been completed when it hasn't even been started yet. Customer service is unable to supply information and when asked to speak to someone who can help me I'm told they will return my call and the call is never returned. Do not use this company for termite work!!! They will just take advantage of you and will collect your money and the work never gets completed.

  David showed up at our home and was very kind and knowledgeable! Took very good care of the outside of our house! Also great with dogs!

  We were loyal Clark Pest Control customers for years. While the service itself was fine, their business practices are terrible. The only ways to reach them are through an online portal or by phone, and calling never works. I called at least ten times this week, waited 10–30 minutes each time, and never spoke to a person. The only time I got through was when I pretended to be a new customer. That was the last straw. I fired them today.

  The technician who takes care of my home is very thorough in the spraying. He is friendly and will take time to answer my concerns. When I first movedDC in there was mice under the home. He set baits and told me other things I could do to alienate the problem. I have not heard mice under my home again.
