  Every technician from Aptive that has come to my home have been great. They pay attention to what I’m asking them to do, they treat the areas I’ve asked and if I have ever needed to change an area or type of service needed they are always accommodating. The most recent visit I had was with Michele whose service again reaffirmed my decision to do business with Aptive.

  The technicians are great that come to your house. , it's the company that is the problem.They are super deceptive about the contract and early termination fee. They rush you through signing. So you don't read the fine print, please. If you decide to use this company, read the fine print. Take your time and go through the contract. Or just choose a local pest control company. I am currently in a dispute with the company. I have filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they will solve these issues. I have already let a good amount of my neighbors know. That warn't aware of the 24 month contract when they signed up or the termination fee.

  Tim from Aptive, he has great customer service he had shown me proof of what he had done from inside and outside treatments he made sure he was able to give me the great service and asked me if there anything am concerning for him to help get that treated to get it fix I appreciate I give him a 10/10 survey for his services Thank You

  Larry was great he asked if there was anything specific I needed him to do. And he checks the bug traps that he layed out there previous time. He checked them and knew what kind of bugs were in there so he knew what to spray, and was knowledgeable on what he was talking about. He informed me what kind of bugs they were and got to work! I have seen no bugs inside my home. Larry has done amazing job at keeping everything bug free and bugs staying trapped outside.

  Last straw was today - just cancelled after 3 years. I had asked for quarterly service, they schedule automatically every 8 weeks. I forget to reschedule today (which they only allow for you to push it a week later - so you have to keep doing it or they just show up) and they showed up today in the pouring rain. The guy said in his text "oh we have granular insecticide and eco friendly dust" which is crazy because most of our exterior is rain exposed and anything they applied is now just washed away. Ants in bathrooms and kitchen after last treatment. Dealt with it myself with Terro boric acid bait from Home Depot. You can buy a lifetime of baits and sprays along with respirators and cartridges for the $115 they are charging me. Suggest you all do it yourself or give your business to a local firm and get personal service.
