I have a bench on the porch, they could have placed the box on the bench or not spray that corner of the porch. Package was filled with plates and cups. Which were now thrown away.

We set our own traps, but why should we have to if we have a pest service we pay monthly? We have had ant problems in the kitchen throughout the time of service, not sure anything they are doing is effective. One thing that bothers me a lot is that they send a different person every month. We have never had the same person twice. We signed up in the summer I think they have come out 4 or 5 times, a different person every time.
