Horrible customer service by far I have been a customer here for about 2 1/2 years. Started at the Lodi, CA location and most definitely ending at this location. The store manager here is very very rude wants to cut his customers off and then ignore them and tell them they are wrong.. I returned my TV that I had started financing but decided to just give it back. I returned it how I received it. The legs for the TV did not come with the screws and the brand label was not on the front of the TV. The store manager decides to tell me " No, that is not how I received the TV because it was a new TV in a unopened boxed." then proceeds to tell me that in his 12 years of working he has never had this happen... Does he not realized how often manufacture defects happen.. not everything comes out of the factory the same.. anyways this man decided to ignore me and eventually TELLS me to tell my fiance to call the store to speak to him so I told my fiance. my fiance called and again says the same things asking where the label and the screws were.... and yet again being told for the 20th time " this is how we received the TV" he then called my fiance a "liar" while cutting my fiance off over the phone. In mid July I am paying my bed set off that way I don't have to deal with this and that will be the last time I will be going through this Arron's and if I decide to come back I will most definitely choose a different location if this gentleman is still working here..

Always have a bad experience with vee the manager here. So unprofessional. I’ve been a customer with aarons for 5 years and he is the worst by far to communicate with. They delivered broken items from the beginning and I just got tired of trying to get new pieces, every time they would bring a “new piece” it would be broken some how.. just paying off my furniture I have now and won’t every rent to buy from here again.
Leasing to own from Aaron’s can be a great way to get what you want right now. We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. While no credit history is required for Aaron’s different digital approval processes, we do obtain information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your lease application.You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make all your lease renewal payments or exercise an early purchase option. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
