  The service tech Justin showed up in the time slot promised and was very thorough and attentive. He text when he was on his way so I knew when exactly to expect him. He asked which areas/if any, that I am noticing any problems with and made sure to address them. This was my initial visit with Aptive and I am very pleased with the service we received. Their main focus for my property is all the ants in my yard and aphids. He took pictures of all the key areas he sprayed as well! Can’t wait to see how the service continues! Thanks Justin!

  Virgil at Aptive provided excellent customer service. He was extremely polite and thorough in explaining the service I was being provided, while also inquiring about additional services I might require at the time of service. He provided feedback and photos after services were completed. I was treated well and felt valued as a customer.

  He reached out before heading to my house. Once he arrived he Was thorough when explaining what service he was providing and what to expect once he is done spraying. He spray the base boards of all the walls inside my house ( per my request, it’s optional ) Quick and efficient, then he did the inside of the garage, the backyard and fences, clean up all the webs as well. Very nice guy. Looking forward for them to come again. I did a lot research before signing up with Aptive. We just moved in and we wanted to get ready for summer bbq and cooking outside without worrying about bugs, outside roaches and spiders running up on us.

  Overall okay. The guy texted me before to let me know he’s on his way and showed up on time. He asked if I wanted him to put on the paper booties that go over his boot and I said yes please. He then said he was all out of those so he walked in my house with his shoes on and probably peat stuff on the bottom of his shoes on my carpet. Afterwards, sent me 6 photos of where he treated around my house. Two of the six photos would weren’t of my home but someone else’s home. However, he was effective in treating the bug problem that I was having an issue with and was very polite.

  What a happy , necessary surprise Ryan greeted us at our door sharing the type services Aptive Pest Control could provide; given the “pests” have recently become active - timing was perfect! Becoming a client of Aptive was quick with full understanding of their services. As an added bonus - no waiting period, Ryan had us set up for next day services; Thank you Ryan. Tommy, the pest control agent, showed up with a smile and an abundance of knowledge. Tommy listened to our areas of concern ensuring all areas would be addressed to include areas we hadn’t thought about. Dare say we learned a lot about the different type of wasps, the nature of mosquitos and much more! Thank you Ryan, Tommy and Aptive!!!
