- LLLenaSep 13, 20231.0Bruce the locksmith they called to service our lock came out to open our bedroom door lock which we don’t have a key for. Previously I had a locksmith come out from a different company and he was able to pick the lock within 10 minutes. I should have realized that once Bruce was asking me Questions that I had no answer to like which way does the lock turn, he didn’t know what he was doing. He ended up expanding our door frame and breaking it off and insisted that it was no damage. Finally, rather than admitting that he broke it, he was arguing with my husband that it was the previous locksmiths fault and still charged us for the visit. The whole situation is unbelievable. I also can’t talk to anyone at the company to help me report this. I’ve called 3 times and get hung up on. I would think they would like to know who of their servicers don’t know what they’re doing.
