  The customer service was terrible. My family and I were browsing around because we’re getting a new couch and we were testing some of the couches for the feel and this asian worker came up to us asking us if we needed help. We told her that we were just looking around and she told us that we had to leave because we were loitering. We did not get a name but we felt very disrespected and wanted to warn families of this kind of behaviour and it should not be accepted at a store.

  Every time I have visited RH in the Roseville Galleria, I have had a very positive experience but today in particular was just such a phenomenal visit due to the outstanding service and hospitality that I received from Jason, Michael and Amanda. The 3 of them went above and beyond to assist us and really made us feel like valued customers. Today was the first time meeting Amanda and Michael but I have dealt with Jason many times in the past and he is excellent at his job. I hope RH knows how great these 3 are and how great they represent the RH brand. Thank you, Jason, Amanda and Michael for all that you did for us. We will be doing more business with RH again in the future because of your service and how great you treated us!
