    I hope all of upper management Lowe’s employees can see this review when I tell you you have an ASM named Amanda. She is extremely rude. Everything she says is hostile and I’m pretty 100% sure that she was discriminating against me because I am gay and I really think that you need to check into how you are promoting people When they are unwilling to treat every customer equally and do you have any kind of help she made it very well known that it wasn’t her job. It was above her pace pay grade and I would just have to wait until the person that could take care of. It was there I’m just completely disgusted

    Never again !!! I wanted a craftsman tool cabinet on wheels $600 - the one on the floor was banged up and damaged - so they offered one in stock still in the box - i paid for it, returned the next day once it was ready and what to my amazing eyes!! This one was banged up and damaged too nobody called to tell me it was banged, no warning , no apology - nothing Lowe’s fully planned to sale me a damaged product - I did ask if they’d discount it - they offered only $100 off - ridiculous !!!!! Asked for a refund and the associate acted “put out” because I didn’t want a damaged item - I left and went to the Lincoln Lowe’s !! SOOOOO MUCH BETTER SERVICE - help with the cabinet - loading and everything

    Bought a 1500 dollar fridge and it failed in the first week. I lost hundreds of dollars in food and lowes doesnt seem to care. Will not buy from them again.

    I would give 0 stars for the staff ,management and their customer service at this specific Roseville location. I ordered a refrigerator which arrived damaged then after calling the store 100 times to get through to someone (which is so difficult and I was hung up on multiple times by the customer service agent Lydia. Speaking to the manager Ken who has the worst management skills dropped the ball on one of my deliveries (his words) because he left early and didn't fwd on my request. Again calling the next day several times to get a second one delivered. Then the second one was ALSO DAMAGED and then I spoke to manager Jordan who said she would send an email to distribution to get a third one delivered. I have now been calling and calling on day 4 with no one answering my calls and being transferred again to ken who kept picking up and putting me back on hold. After several more calls and a new customer service rep Becky who transferred me to manager Amanda and her coworker Mary who did everything to assist me with this 3rd attempt and they both tried to make the situation better. Thank you to Amanda and Mary for great customer service.
