I’ve had a in-ground pool since 1980 and for twenty years I’ve had Leslie’s test my water at both locations at Douglas blvd and Greenback. I heard a rumor about dishonesty from a Manager at the GB location who is no longer employed there kind of confirming my thoughts. So I took pool water to be tested both locations the same day about a hour apart with surprising results from ok to needing hundreds of dollars of chemicals. This manager told me Leslie’s sells you chemicals to throw the balance off then next time hundreds in chemicals to swing it back and forth. I’m glad I finally found a honest company if you’re interested in a honest company go to Nathan’s Pool supply on Green back blvd. You will enjoy the honesty as much as you enjoy your pool.

We always heard that Leslie pool supply was very helpful and good Products my husband just went into check and see if there was a filter for our spa that they might carry and the gentleman at the counter wasn’t even a gentleman he was short and greet toned and matter-of-factly nope this is all I’ve got wasn’t helpful and never gave any options or ideas of where or who we might go to or if it even could be ordered by them. Another reason will just have to try online and do more shopping that way instead of ever trying to Leslie pool supply in future.

Apparently this is their policy: If it's been over 7 days since you bought an item, even if you have a receipt for an unopened, undamaged product (and I don't mean chemicals) they allow NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO STORE CREDIT without approval by the manager. And it seems (at this store at least) the manager is almost never in. We called many times and always "Oh he just left". Finally after a month, we dropped by and he was in. And he still refused a refund for a product he'll put right back on the shelf.
Advice for Leslie's: If the store is open, it should be fully operational, which means you should empower SOMEONE in the store to process refunds. And 7 days is ridiculously short.
