I came in specifically seeking guidance, since that’s the purpose of shopping at a nursery. The older female employee with white shoulder length hair that smelled like wine who assisted me was extremely rude and condescending. She spoke to me as if I were unintelligent, rolled her eyes, and repeatedly questioned me in a sarcastic tone, asking things like whether I even knew what I wanted. When I pointed to a plant I liked, she responded dismissively and made me feel embarrassed for not having pictures or specific plant knowledge, again, the reason I was there was to get help. Customer service should be supportive and educational, not judgmental. Instead of offering guidance, this employee made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, there was a strong smell of alcohol on her, which was concerning in a customer facing role. She should retire already she clearly seemed frustrated in me not knowing what plant I want. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, and it makes me hesitant to return. I hope management addresses customer service standards so future customers are treated with respect.

Their pricing for pots can be quite expensive but their pricing for plants I think is fair. They even have ads that portray cool group planting ideas for plants so that you can mimic professional landscape decor.

Prices are reasonable, even for beginners. They have exotics as well $$ Love getting lost in there and getting some "me" time. Their outside garden area is huge and lots of plants and trees for each season.

Shared all the features and offered to have it put on top of the car! As a senior I really appreciate this nursery year round. Great staff, and informative.
