When I later called customer support, I was told that it was “not their problem” because they had supposedly called me earlier. As a result, I was charged a late fee. What I don’t understand is why this issue couldn’t be resolved so that I could make the payment once the technical problem was fixed. Why is payment required over the phone? Paying by phone does not feel secure, especially when there is an online system that should work. Instead of helping resolve a clear technical issue, the responsibility was shifted entirely onto the customer. This feels unfair and poorly handled. Very disappointing service experience. Upd. What is the point of this response telling me to call back? I already called back and received a rude response. I then tried to contact support via chat to get a reasonable answer, but I was also dismissed there and told to deal again with the same unpleasant people on the phone that I had already spoken to. We have already made the decision that in a couple of weeks we will simply move our storage to another facility, which will be more acceptable for us.
