Their conduct is unacceptable, and people deserve to be warned. I have only rented here for three months. During that time, I experienced a major hardship, including a death in my immediate family, which caused me to fall a couple of weeks behind on rent. Instead of offering even basic understanding, the manager chose to more than double my rent and pile on excessive fees. Their treatment was harsh, unnecessary, and clearly designed to take advantage of people during vulnerable moments. Because of their predatory actions, I was forced to pay over $500 just to get my account up to date, despite being only a short time behind. On top of that, every single time we come to the property, we are bothered and harassed by staff, making an already stressful situation even worse. The manager at the Roseville location has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic decency. Their behavior is hostile, unreasonable, and deeply inappropriate for someone in their position. I strongly advise anyone considering this facility to stay away from the Roseville location. They make customers’ lives harder, not easier, and their practices are nothing short of predatory.

They made it very easy to call them and give them all the necessary information to set up the rental. I was able to sign online and they texted me an access code to the gate, with the address of the storage facility A lock was waiting inside the storage unit they assigned to me so I did not have to bring my own.
