  Called them for my landlord due to a carpenter bee infestation. The guy on the phone the first time wrote down the wrong address and phone number, so they didn’t come for the first appointment. Then, after a highly detailed phone conversation to reschedule them, after they didn’t arrive, communicating “carpenter bees”, he scheduled technicians to come out, only to say, “we don’t do bees” when they arrived. lmao. A total joke of a company imo

  Robert and his team are professional, thorough, and on time. It had been a while since I'd had a house tented; the videos and printed instructions made it clear and easy. I made a couple of mistakes preparing, but they took care of it for me. Morales Exterminating was recommended to me by a long- time friend, and I recommend Morales to my friends. Great job, Robert! Thank you.

  I spent a lot of money to have dry wood and subterranean termite treated and they did very little. I am so disappointed. Please don’t use this company for your pest control needs.
