- ASAnna SmithMar 27, 20265.0Really convenient location right off the 101 fwy at Rohnert Park Expressway. Very clean and well kept property. You can set up your rental online. With the app you can open the gate and pay very easily. You also get a gate code. Super nice people work here. Make sure you know which type of lock you need before buying one. Most units require cylinder locks, not padlocks. They sell them in the office. They are also adding Amazon delivery lockers. Unit access from 6am to 10pm which is a lot more than many other facilities nearby.
