- MAMichelle AAug 6, 20221.0I had the most awful experience at this location with Craig. He made me feel like I was a burden and interrupting his day. I showed up at 6 and they close at 7...he was trying to put the closed sign on the door as I walked up. He saw me and threw his head back in irritation. When I entered I asked if he could check my pool water and he sighed and grunted at the thought of doing a "free" service they provide (that he clearly pointed out it was Free and basically an inconvenience) at this time. Although the actual service takes only 60 seconds to perform, he was upset still that he would have to explain to me what the readings meant afterward. Even though he still had an hour til close and no customers. His whole vibe rubbed me the wrong way and I just walked out without taking any more of his precious time that he gets paid for. So luckily, they have a Mendocino location in santa rosa with superb service and I'll be going there to buy any chemicals I need for my pool, for the foreseeable future.
