  Ryan, Cesar, and their crew did a great job giving our property a fresh look. We needed all the trees in the back trimmed and shaped, along with the big oak out front. Very professional with excellent customer service skills. They know their stuff. Prices were reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again and again. Seriously, you can't go wrong with them. I highly recommend each and every one on their team.

  Sometime in May, Ryan King (owner of Arbor King Tree Service) left a a flyer on our door stating his company’s larger crew would be doing work in our neighborhood and it would be a good time to save on a larger tree care project. It just so happened we were looking to cut down several trees and prune many others so I sent him a text and also left him a voice message because he said he would provide a free estimate. I sent him a text in early June stating we would be out of town for a week, but would he be interested in doing an estimate when we got back? He responded and said he would just let him know when we got back. On 6/13, I sent him a follow-up text stating when we would be available and asked him if he could fit us into his schedule… He never responded back so on 6/30 I re-texted him. He responded by saying, “I guess I missed your text..” unfortunately, by the time he responded, we had gone out of town again and I asked him if we could schedule another appointment when we returned? When we got back on 7/28, I texted him again and asked him if he was available in the afternoon on 8/5… He said he could be available at 10:00 AM. I said that I would change my schedule to make sure I could meet him. Well, August 5 came and went and Ryan never showed up. He did not call or text to give me any updates at all. During that day, I texted him twice and left him two voicemail messages… He finally returned my text at 9:12 PM and said his cat got bit by a rattlesnake… He said called some of his clients, but did not get to them all. I was definitely frustrated and a little upset because weeks earlier he didn’t return my text, but I gave him a second chance… This second chance he didn’t even notify me at all about him canceling and I had told him I was rearranging my schedule to meet him. I’m sure he has a good company, but my experience was not good at all. I hope I am the exception, and not the rule, on how we treats potential new customers.

  I had Arbor King remove one tree and do some heavy trimming on another. The crew that showed up were very personable and professional. All work was done in a very timely manner. After all the hard work the crew left my property cleaner than when they arrived. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. Thank you!

  We had Arbor King come out to give us an estimate for a few oak trees we needed taken down. The estimate was free, the price was great, and they were able to begin working the same week. All of their employees were professional and they had a focus on bringing the trees down in a safe way which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tree taken down!
