- TSToni SMar 19, 20265.0This is my first time renting a storage unit and I went to the Bay Ave location as well as the Box Springs Blvd location (apparently there’s also Box Springs Rd too which is a different location). Sarah from Bay Ave toured me but they didn’t quite have the size I was looking for. Daniel, from the Box Springs Rd location answered my phone call when I had questions and he explained the units to me the best way he could over the phone and with someone who had never previously rented a storage unit. He was really friendly and was so helpful. Daniel understood what I was looking for and directed me to either the Perris blvd location or the Box Springs Blvd location because they had available units for what I was looking for. I eventually went to the Box Springs Blvd location and there was a sign that they were on site and would be back but that I could call or text. I waited in my car since it was hot, and Andrea approached me to help me. She was about to take her lunch but still helped me and did not rush me at all. She showed me two different units to give me a size comparison and then took me back to the office to book the unit! It was such a quick and simple process and I was able to start storing things in the storage unit right away. I felt the need to mention all the locations and staff members that helped me because they were all so friendly and are all tied to each other. What a pleasant experience so far :)
