I was told that it connected to the smart things app which was the main thing I asked for. When I moved and hooked it up a few weeks later it was not the washer I was told I was getting. I contacted both sales guys that I worked with and crickets. I can’t get in touch with them at the store as well. UPDATE: They resolved this quickly once we spoke. I am very happy that they were able to resolve this for me. They delivered the washer that I asked for. Thank you!!

Let him know immediately and he helped us out by trying to make things right. Offered us a few options and we decided an even exchange was the best option for our current situation. He set us up so that the faulty unit would be picked up the next day and a new in box functional unit would be dropped off in its place. We really appreciated how painless the process was. And how quick he was willing to help. To me that is exceptional customer service. We have busy schedules and needed this taken care of immediately and he followed through. I will be recommending this business to my friends and family. Know that you will be taken care of if you purchase with them. We did purchase the 5 year warranty also, so I hope to get at least 5 years with this unit.
