- MEMichael ElkinsJan 6, 20265.0The site managers are very friendly and take excellent care of the facility. The pricing is about the same as the other places I checked out. It’s lower than some as well. I do have a couple suggestions for the company billing and IT departments. First, fix your billing process for those of us that are renting more than one unit! When I try to pay early, my credit card company thinks I’m paying the same bill more than once. This means that I can’t rely on the rent being paid unless I check my credit card charges. I should be getting one bill for all my rentals. Second, whoever developed your phone app for the iPhone needs to work on it more. I have an iPhone 16 and occasionally the facial recognition stops working, so I have to reset the login parameter. Also, switching to a password doesn’t help, and before you say it’s user error, know that I use a password vault for all my passwords. Thank you
