- SSShannonFeb 5, 20261.0absolutely TERRIBLE service. They took over for Canyon Lake Pest Control who I had for years and loved. Ever since they took over it has been nothing but a pain in my neck. Payments didn't get applied correctly, I would call in to address it. . . It still wouldn't get addressed. Since November (it is now February) I have called in and gone online multiple times to take care of a past due payment that was only past due because their system is erroneous. The payments never got applied to the past due, instead applied to the current bill. Today I get a notice from a 3rd party agency stating I have $221 in fees on account of this. I called in and they apologized and said they don't know why the payments were not applied correctly. I told them I wanted to cancel my service and was told they are losing a lot of clients of because of similar issues.
- RGR G (Gordito)Oct 24, 20251.0I was visited at my home by a Clark representative, Andrew Swapp, who presented the service as month-to-month and explicitly stated that I could cancel at any time without incurring any cancellation fees. To my surprise, I later received an email indicating that a cancellation fee would be charged. Additionally, the services provided did not align with what was promised. I was informed that the perimeter of my home would be treated—three feet up the wall and three feet from the wall—to prevent pest entry. In practice, the technicians frequently arrived unannounced despite my prior request, and the service provided was consistently below the promised standard. After four months of repeated issues, I decided to cancel the service. I contacted customer service to express my concerns and was told a manager would follow up, but no contact was made, which was not surprising because it is a reflection of the poor quality of service given to clients such as myself. Following this, I received a cancellation bill that was sent to collections. Given this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of service and the misrepresentation by representatives, and I recommend anyone who is considering service from them to reconsider and view other options.
