Recently my rate went up with out me noticing because I have autopay, but I went in and spoke with Holly at the front desk and she was able to help me without hesitation and was a ton of help I was out within 5 minutes. Great experience with them so far and glad I gave them a chance. Facility is always clean and my units continue to be as I left them. 👍🏽

I moved in in June at $138 plus taxes, admin, blah blah so $152 per month and it was buy one get one either free or 50% off but by October they had jacked up the rent to $220 per month! Thats ridiculous. I feel like it was a total bait and switch and they knew they were going to jack up the rent so why not make it more expensive to begin with rather than reeling me in and then raising it. Then I move out all my stuff and tell them on Friday im planning on moving out and I call them so I dont owe another month and am told $15 she asked if i want to pay right then, i said no, i want to make sure im moved out before i pay, she says ok. I called and left a message as soon as i moved out and get a call today and they say since the office is closed Sunday they all of a sudden cant backdate me so instead of a $15 final bill im stuck with a $30 final bill. Beware of this before you move in.
