  Great service, Rebecca very fast and explained everything thoroughly. She was nice enough to walk me around and show me the different size units to make my decision easier

  Becca was so helpful and truly the best employee here. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and attentive. She answered all of my questions without hesitation and made sure I felt taken care of the entire time. She is extremely kind, professional, and very well mannered. You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the people she helps. Thank you, Becca, for making my experience such a great one.

  Great service !! I needed a unit ASAP. I got in within minutes with such helpful staff. Perla and Royce were ve try friendly, welcoming, and helpful with helping me choose which one a needed. As a first time mover a lot of my worries were settled.

  I’ve had a unit here for more than 10 years now. Able Storage in Rialto is great. They have always been very attentive to any issues. They’re willing to work with their customers in a non-aggressive way. Royce is super helpful both in person and over the phone. Rebecca the supervisor even reached out personally with offers as an appreciation to me for so many years as a customer. I feel like many companies don’t treat customers like that anymore but Able Storage in Rialto does.
