    You'd think that people working as front-end representatives of department stores would be welcoming to their customers and knowledgeable of frequently requested items such as sand bags, which would be highly requested in preparation of an approaching storm - Instead when you walk in this store you see that every associate would rather be busy talking locker room trash talk and they have ZERO clue of where things are. I highly suggest anyone looking for anything here does their own research and checks their own items out because the customer service here is a laughing stock

    I will never step foot in this particular store ever again, after exclusively shopping at this one for many years. On December 9, 2025, we called the store due to an issue with our order that was delivered. The guys in kitchen appliances ordered the wrong oven on Black Friday. Which is no problem, accidents happen. The gal at the customer service counter transfered us to a manager. The manager answered the phone, right away he was rude. My husband was explaining what happened, my husband felt we had a "bait and switch" situation. The manager cut him off, talked over him, and got very defensive. He told us the only way to fix this situation was for us to return the oven we received (them picking it up), then them processing the return, then we could purchase the oven we wanted. When my husband tried to deescalate the situation and tried to talk, the manager kept repeating the return process, there were no other options. When we asked his name, he said he was not legally obligated to give us his name. Then he hung up on my husband!!!! I called the store back, I wanted to get the manager's name. The gal working the customer service desk said the same thing, that she was not legally obligated to give out his name. She said she could help be but was very curt. She said she can only help schedule a pick up of the wrong oven. So I went with that. My husband and I have never been treated so poorly. This store is horrible with customer service. I called corporate yesterday morning and got glowing customer service and also reported this terrible behavior.

    I purchased a washing machine and did not buy new hoses with it because I did not need them. They informed my wife that they cannot hook it up because I did not purchase new hoses, fine, stupid reason but what ever. They just dropped the washing machine off in my laundry room and without balancing it, both of them dipped out. I called down there and was told that there is nobody that knows how to balance the washing machine. I have bought a washing machine and dryer off of them before. This is a real disappointment and a inconvenience. We'll they just lost a customer.

    I visited the garden center with my daughter to purchase plants, and the plants were visibly in poor condition (overwatered, yellowing, and showing signs of fungus). When I asked the garden employee about this and about store policy, she responded with a rude and argumentative attitude. She dismissed my concerns and argued. She , stated she “just trims yellow leaves and ignores the rest,” . She also refused to call a manager. In addition, she was out of uniform and wearing an American flag shirt, American flag socks, and what appeared to be in font “all lives matter”shirt, all while treating us, as Black customers, with noticeable disrespect. Her behavior felt discriminatory and unprofessional, and it made us extremely uncomfortable. This is not the standard of care or service I expect from Lowe’s. I request that this matter be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Thank you.
