I waited for a call as instructed the next day n didn’t received a call from technician. I called the number once again n they said it was set up for 8pm instead. So ok, I waited till 8pm n didn’t received a call again from the technician, I called the main number n they gave me the technician’s phone number. I call the technician directly a few times n no answer. I finally decided to call a different company and they will be here in a couple hrs. I wasted the entire day, very disappointed.
