    I reccomend installing Appliances yourself or using another store. The incorrect parts were sold with my delivery and I was told that it was my fault that they were unable to deliver and install as purchased. Delivery of a range oven should not be made into a complicated multi day ordeal.

    Horrible experience. I’ve had to return 2 items within one week that were ordered online. First item was shattered when I received it and the second item was incorrect. I ordered one thing and something different was sent. I don’t get my shipping costs back to either item. Lowe’s, you sent an item that I did not order but will not refund a shipping fee? Horrible

    Ordered a storage shed and paid for home delivery. Lowe’s delayed delivery six times after confirming appointments. I called their 800 customer service number and promptly got a foreigner who barely spoke English after being on hold for 20 minutes. I finally went into the Redding store to see if they could figure out what was going on. The lady who helped me was nice enough, but when she looked up the order she said they had no clue where the shed was because the tracking number they had didn’t even show up in their system. I cancelled the order and ordered the exact same item from Amazon. You would think that someone from Lowe’s would have contacted me and told me the item was lost instead of just canceling and rescheduling delivery dates by email. Garbage customer service. UPDATE!!! So Lowe’s response to my review telling them I called their 800 customer service number that did nothing for me is to tell me to call the same customer service number so they can look into it??? You can’t make this crap up. 🤣

    I ordered a refrigerator on Mar. 23rd. Delivery date was April 6th. I received a notice that delivery would be between 11am and 3pm however they showed up at 8am and I was not ready. Iwas in the process of emptying my old refrigerator. After several phone calls I was told it would be redelivered the same day. It was not and now I am being told it has not been rescheduled as of this morning. All of my food is in ice chests and will probably be spoiled by the time I receive my order. I am very unhappy with the service. I am 88 years old on a fixed income and I can't afford to replace all my food but Lowes does not care.

    I came in on a Saturday night because my kayak rack broke but I need to drive 3 hrs on I5 tomorrow, and this is literally my second day owning it. My friend and I were clueless, but the associates at this Lowe’s location helped us so much. They helped us find the correct screws (it seems like they reorganized their storage recently so it was really hard to find it) and helped me figure out what tools to use. We fixed our kayak rack in the parking lot. Special thanks to Theresa and Brian and two other super helpful associates whose name I didn’t catch!
