  Justin and his crew have been more than understanding and have helped me out with a difficult situation. I can’t be happier with their suggestions and advice. They installed my last liner in a liner pool and it lasted 10 years. In Redding, that is pretty spectacular!

  I had a lot of work done and I'm really happy with how the pool turned out. Justin is the owner and a genuine good guy. He wants his customers to be happy. Jim is the guy who did most of the pool by himself (completely impressed with the knowledge and skill possessed by this guy). Their work is great, but scheduling can be frustrating. I had a lot of in and out with the various crew and sometimes it was multiple times in the day. My saving grace for the frequency or last minute appointment times was that I have teen/young adult kids that were able to be home. That's the only drawback of my whole experience. I would definitely recommend him to friends. Update: reduced the stars, issues started in 2021, and it got worse. things didn't last, the vinyl started to tear in corners, trim coming un-attached, and the edging around the stairs is coming out.

  These guys are Great. They are Always on top of keeping my salt water pool in shape. My cleaner was needing a tune up. Justin and his band of experts, repaired my cleaner and its running like a champ. I have to say you would not have to worry about anything...I highly recommend this company!

  Good job, Justin & Team! I endorse Executive Pool Service & Repairs!! I have lived here in the Redding area for the past 12 years and I personally know the owner and one of the employees. They are good and trustworthy people with high integrity. They are a small, locally owned company, and their service technicians drive around in trucks that have their “executive/tuxedo” penguin logo on them. Maybe you’ve seen them? With it being a top goal for the owner and company to provide excellent customer service, ratings and reviews that paint a picture opposite of that, are likely NOT from real customers. Please disregard them, do your own research, or check with the company personally, as negative comments and ratings from spam and attempts to damage businesses, can only be removed by the site host (of Google, Yelp, etc.), which might take awhile. -Karen B
