looking for a planer and had a mixed experience. The store wasn’t busy at all, just me and one other person in the tool section yet I still wandered around for a while and couldn’t find the planers.A gentleman in the tool department (maybe late 50s) looked them up on his phone and told me exactly which aisle and bay they were in, and they ended up being about 10 feet away, which was helpful but also a little funny. Once I got there, there were only two types of planers, so the selection felt pretty limited for a store that size. Overall, the employee was polite and did point me in the right direction, but with how quiet the store was, a bit more guidance and a better planer selection would have made the visit much more helpful for a beginner like me.
