I have had a horrible experience and should have read the reviews first because as I can see others have experienced the same. You will not be able to reach the store by phone like others have mentioned. They have a customer service department and they don't even give customer service because they don't pick up. Why have a customer service department when you don't pick up. I had ordered a Craftsman tool box damaged upon delivery asked for an exchange delivery. Was promised that by a worker in the store I will not name names. They came and picked up my damaged tool box and then never brought the new one they promised upon exchange delivery. Secondly I ask for a refund and still waiting for the difference of my refund. I feel robbed. I will be shopping at Home Depot like all the other reviews on here state. I contacted the 1-800 number and they still haven't helped me. I do not recommend this store I wish they would answer their customer service department so I can speak to the Store Manager Maritza and they don't answer, maybe she would help. I hope no one else goes through this experience. And actually this isn't the first time this has happened with Lowes I gave them a second chance and they failed again. Very disappointing that they are allowed to lie and say my new tool box is coming as an exchange delivery and it never came. Unbelievable. I will change my review and let you know if the Store Manager ever makes this right and gives 5 star customer service. However, I just recommend going to Home Depot instead. Very unfortunate.
