- MTMike TroehlerDec 20, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with the manager at Leslie’s Pool. I had pool equipment tuned up at the end of summer, spending about $350 on parts and labor. While I did leave the equipment there longer than ideal, the situation became frustrating because the equipment was only back due to a mistake made by their staff—they failed to install a simple float during the original tune-up. Instead of handling this professionally, the manager (Thomas) was very rude and told me they were going to throw my equipment away if I didn’t pick it up this week. If that’s truly Leslie’s policy, it’s a ridiculous one—especially considering the issue existed because of their own oversight. I expected understanding and customer service, not threats and attitude. Because of this experience, I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
