  I have been researching rocker/recliners for months (working with Cody Hamilton), and finally decided on the Rowan-electric. I went into the store on Thursday, February 26, 2026, to purchase two for over $4,000. A couple of weeks ago Cody gave me a written quote for $2,093 per chair with the pet-friendly fabric; however, now he says that there is only a 20% off not the President's Day sale 30%-that he said would continue through the end of the month and that the "special" pet-friendly fabric now costs MORE than the leather? The prices now are $3,511 per chair! I am very disappointed that the quote that was given me two weeks ago was not carried out. I will be reporting on Yelp and Google my dissatisfaction with La-Z-Boy. Rhonda

  We bought 2 couches because we loved the one we sat on in the store. It was so plush and comfortable. We decided to go with a custom fabric to match our style. The person who sold it to us warned us there would be a 20% restock fee for returns on custom furniture. We were okay with that because we liked the one in store so much. But what we recieved was nothing like the one in the store. The cushions were stiff and the quality was horrible. Seams are crooked, some were stretched to the point of ripping with exposed staples. The chaise part of the couch has a big lump in the middle. The middle recliner is loose and will randomly fall back without being touched. There's a huge gap between the different sections. The arm of the chair is warped. The chemical smell is still there a week later. We had to cover it with blankets to make it tolerable. The sectional looks and feels like something you'd put together yourself from temu. We were so unhappy with how it showed up that we were willing to eat the cost of the 20% restocking fee. Only to find out the sales person was wrong and there are no refunds whatsoever on custom pieces. We paid 9k for the cheapest furniture I've ever seen. Best they could do is fix it. We've been waiting for them to call us to come fix the issues, but of course we haven't heard anything and no one calls us back. This place is a scam.

  Mom was put on hospice care over the weekend and she needed a softer chair. Because time is a luxury, the sales professional helped us find a chair we could take off the showroom floor.

  The new store is very nice. However, the sales employees were very busy, and it appears that ours was getting overwhelmed during our visit, running back and forth to various customers. I feel we got a good deal on our purchase, but didn’t understand the $50 delivery fee to the store, when they make weekly deliveries. The last issue, I am disabled, and the store made me sign a form stating that they would not load or help load the product into my Yukon. I had to bring my wife to help me load it. Had it no had these issues, I would have rated the store at least a 4.5
