When I arrived at the store however, they couldn’t be found. A extremely helpful employee named Phoenix discovered they had been delivered to the store, but hadn’t been unpacked yet. He took my number down and told me they would call me when they found them. I left the store and before I could even get home I had received a call from him letting me know they found them. I was able to go back and purchase the perfect gift because of his help. Thank you Phoenix!
