I’m really disappointed to share this because this store used to be part of my daily routine, and I’ve supported it consistently over time. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely upsetting.
After waiting over 45 minutes for assistance, I was met by the manager, Jason, who approached the situation with immediate rudeness and hostility before I even had a chance to speak. Instead of helping, the interaction quickly escalated, and I felt disrespected and dismissed. The overall attitude from management made the situation even worse.
As a loyal customer who has spent a significant amount here, this was very disheartening. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to better customer service in the future.
