You charge so much that people will remember not to use your key making product again. Seriously would you pay $21 or two house keys to be made I don't think so.

When you call what is supposed to be a local number, the first thing they do is ask for your zip code so they can refer you to a local contractor. In my case there was no local contractor even though they used a local address of a long empty building as their address.
