Bought a new washer and dryer online and the dryer was defective, went into the store to return it and get it replaced. To our surprise the store does not take online returns, basically all Lowe’s are disconnected from what the customer service told us. Home Depot doesn’t have this issue, if you order online you can return it for replacement or refund at any location. Anyhow, 3 customer service representatives at this store: Yvette, Andy and Ariana, were very helpful and called their management to get this defective return approved. So what they were able to do is get us a refund and we had to buy a replacement. The new dryer is from this location and it runs well. Now the washer is acting up but since it’s been more than 48 hours that we purchased it, we have to wait for a warranty repair person to come and look at this and it’s more than a week out until they can come and fix the washer! It’s so sad how this whole thing works with Lowe’s! I will never purchase any appliances from their online store or company again!
