The guys that they sent out couldn’t fix the problem and actually MADE IT WORSE- they broke our door further!! Our key is now STUCK in the lock outside our house and we can’t leave to go to the burial site of my mother on the one-year anniversary of her passing. I am beside myself. When I called the company they had the audacity to say that our lock was broken like that when the technicians got here. It was most certainly not broken like that when the technicians got here. We had a problem with the door, staying shut not with the key being stuck in the door. I have video evidence of it. But this company doesn’t know they’re behind from their elbow. Most people I spoke to spoke only very minimal English, so it was very hard to communicate as well. I literally cannot explain what a terrible awful awful experience this has been. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company in my entire life.
