  I come here to shop every once in a while but when I do I generally enjoy shopping here and never experience any poor customer service- till today. I’m aware that Hobby Lobby doesn’t accept Apple Pay or tap payments. While checking out, I was taking my wallet out of my bag, and the cashier named MYA mentioned the policy, which I acknowledged but I did give her a heads up that I was actually taking my wallet out of my bag, signaling I had a physical payment. She responded with “okay? I still have to let you know.” The attitude… just outright dismissive and overall rude. I was stunned and didn’t say anything after that. I couldn’t believe someone could be so miserable or I don’t know what her problem was but there was no professionalism AT ALL. I completely understand employees have policies they’re required to communicate, but tone and GRACE go a long way. A little warmth or acknowledgment would have made the interaction feel much more respectful.

  Had exactly what I needed, staff was friendly, and they had enough staff for my visit to be quick

  Such a big story with so many things to look at. Anything you can imagine for each season and holiday. Decent prices really long lines.

  Really poor quality in many of their products. Deals are non existent and customer service is subpar
